Exceptionally beautiful and tranquil, the south Indian state of Kerala is characterized by meandering rivers, rice fields, spice plantations, verdant hills and palm-fringed beaches. This gently-paced tour takes in the charming port of Cochin, the backwaters, Cape Comorin - the most southerly point of mainland India, and the outstanding temples.

Day 1: Europe / Mumbai
Leave for Mumbai. Arrive Mumbai in the night.Overnight.
Day 2: Mumbai
Morning take a ferry to explore Elephanta Caves,carved between 450 and 750 A.D. Return to hotel. Afternoon city tour of Mumbai -. The Gateway of India, The Hanging gardens, Prince of Wales Museum and the Gandhi Museum. Time free for shopping. Overnight.
Day 3: Mumbai / Cochin (Flt)
Morning fly for Cochin. Arrive and check-in at the hotel. Afternoon visit of Cochin,with a fine natural harbour, which has been Kerala’s center of trade for innumerable centuries. Visit the Mattancherry Palace or "Dutch Palace built in 1557 AD. Evening, stroll along the beach, particularly at sunset with the Chinese fishing nets. Overnight.
Day 4: Cochin
Morning visit the St. Francis Church, built in 1503 by Portuguese Franciscan friars, The Jewish synagogue, one of the oldest in India. Afternoon leave for the visit of Hill Palace,the official residence of the Kochi royal family, is today the largest archaeological museum in Kerala. Enjoy the spectacle of Kathakali dance. Overnight.
Day 5: Cochin / Munnar
Morning leave for Munnar - A hill station on the Western Ghats & a nature lover’s paradise. The drive takes us through picturesque villages and up winding lanes filled with heady fragrances of fresh tea. 1800 meters above sea level, Munnar has the highest peak in South India - Anaimudi which towers over 2695 meters. Afternoon time free for relax or visit to a plantations of tea, coffee, pepper and cardamome.......! Overnight
Day 6: Munnar / Periyar
Morning, drive through the winding mountain roads to Periyar. Cradled in mist shrouded mountains, Periyar nestles close to the dense rain forests of the High Ranges. Afternoon explore the Periyar National Park by a private boat. Overnight.
Day 7: Periyar / Kottayam / Backwters
Morning after Tea / Coffee walk through the interior of jungle accompanied by a tribal forest ranger/guide. Later after breakfast continue towards Kottayam to board on the House Boat called « Kettuvallam ». Enjoy the boat cruise on the enchanting backwaters through the coconut groves and quiet lagoons. Overnight in the boat on full bord basis.
Day 8: Backwaters / Quilon / Kovolam
After breakfast, disembark at Quilon, and drive towards Kovalam .Afternoon at leisure on the private beach, swimming pool, hammocks under the coconut trees or the Ayurveda (the life Science) is practised on the site…..! Overnight
Day 9: Kovalam / Trivandrum / Kovolam
Morning sightseeing of Kanyakumari and Vivekenanda Memorial Rock. Cape Comorin,Land's End mainland India's southernmost point, where three seas meet and where the shore temple to the virgin goddess Kanyakumari stands. Overnight
Day 10: Kovolam / Trivandrum /Bombay (Flt)
Morning leave for visit of Trrivandrum, the capital of Kerala. The most fascinating attractions are the Napier Museum, Sri Chitra Art Gallery and the Padmanabhaswamy Temple, built in the Dravidian style.Afternoon fly to Bombay. Upon arrival transfer to hotel where room swill be provided for wash and change. In the night transfer to International airport.
Day 11: Bombay / Europe
