(ROYALWELCOME AT RAJ PALACE)Traditional / Ceremonial Welcome
The Guest will be received BY Indian Heritage Hospitality staff at the airport and Pre-allocation of the Guest Rooms & Suites with baggage tags numbers, ensures a smooth check-in at Hotel Raj Palace/Rajmahal Palace.
Upon arrival at the hotel, all the wedding guests are given a traditional welcome with welcome drinks, cold or hot towels and showering of Rose petals at the Main Palace Entrance – the Ganesha Dwar. Nagadas and Shehnai music creates a mellow festive atmosphere for the ceremonial traditional welcome. 
Aarti, Tikka and garlanding is done by girls in traditional Rajasthani attire. Decorated Camels, Horses or Elephants are stationed at the entrance to welcome the guests in Hotel . Traditional Rajasthani welcome dance can also be organized at the hotel Compound.
After that Guests are escorted individually check in their well appointed respective rooms or suites by the efficient hospitality staff. The staff escorting the guest briefs the guests of various facilities offered by the hotel and informs them of the in-room amenitie’s and a royal welcome to the entire guest arriving for the wedding ceremony.

Gala Darbar Dinner
Gala Durbar Dinner is the special theme of The Raj Palace where the guest are accorded with a Gala Welcome. The venue is specially decorated with flowers.
The guests are served snacks during the folk entertainment program.The dinner is preceded with a welcome folk dance entertainment by internationally renowned artists and interactive dances of guests.
The entertainment program is concluded with a spectacular show of fireworks After this the guests are served a Durbar Dinner which is followed bytea & coffee.
The meals are followed by a Marionette show by special artists who are performing since generations during which tea and Coffee is served.
Day: 02
A.m breakfast at Durbar Hall.after breakfast day of leisure and relaxation in the hotel.Lunch is served atShamiana. This magnificent Shamiana in the past has hosted many formal durbars, state banquets and Royal Wedding.
Shamiana Lunch
The Raj Palace is the first hotel to introduce this new theme. The Shamiana lunch is the special theme where the guest are accorded with a Gala Welcome with different entertainment at four different areas to finally reach the Maharani Bagh lawns where the royal Shamiana is laid for them.
For Shamiana lunch theme special royal tents are laid which are a speciality of Jaipur. These tents takes few days to be erected and decorated. The guests sit on specially laid tables and chairs with covers, frills and ribbons from where they watch the entertainment folk dances and enjoy them by danceing themselves. The lunch is laid out as buffet. Every lunch has exclusively as different themes are chosen for these Shamianas.
Indian Mehandi Night at the Zenana Mahal
As the evening will start the guests prepare for the Mehndi Night and the excitement grows.Rangoli with flowers is done at the entrance of the Darbar Hall. fairy lights are thrown over shrubs and the mashaals are lit up.Local Artist performs their welcome dance.
After the evening will start with well-stocked bar lifts the spirit and snacks are served. As the evening progresses. The guest are start the dance and music increases and join the party with enjoy and rejoice.
This ceremony is done in the night time when the henna artist applies Mehandi (Henna) on the hands of both Bride and the Groom which in Hindu Dharma is a very auspicious ceremony .We decorate special Jhoola for this with Silver Chair on all sides. We suggest our special Bazaar Mein Dawaat Theme for this ceremony in which we lay the whole Bazaar (Market) for the guest with stalls of various items.
Royal Gala Durbar Dinner
The Royal Gala Durbar Dinner is the Royal Theme Dinner of the Raj Palace where the guest are accorded with a Royal Gala Welcome followed with welcome drink. The venue is decorated with special flower decoration & illumination.
The guests are served Bar be que snacks during the folk entertainment program. We have one of the finest nationally renowned folk artists who perform along with their troupe consisting of folk dancers and singers.
The Folk dances are followed by elaborate display of fire works. The dinner is followed with elaborate display of fire works.

Day: 03
Morning Breakfast at Diwan-E-Aam. after breakfast some guest are intersetd to visit Jaipur city and some are in the hotel .and afternoon they are having lunch at Swapana Mahal.
After lunch all guest are ready for evening Wedding.
This is the main ceremony in a Royal Wedding
Baraat : The wedding party of the bridegroom arrive with stunning tableau of elaborately caparisoned regalia of elephant, Camels, lines of soldiers mounted on horse, a band of musicians, men holding oil torches with an environment of pomp and color.
Wedding Procession: The guests lead to the entrance of the palace in the form of (Baraat) procession where they are received by the waiting Bride's family amidst flower petals and sprinkling rose water. A traditional welcome of Baraat is held over here. The bridegroom dress in rajasthani wedding attire carrying a sword arrives along with wedding party on elephant, he is accorded a special welcome.
Wedding Function: A Royal wedding function can be held at Charbagh lawn in combination to the Diwan-E-Aam where the reception stage can be made. Thecenter Chaupar is covered with flower rangoli and here the Var Mala with showering fire works is held. The Palace back drop is the best memory that can be preserved, the food is laid in the charbagh garden.
Varmala and Pheras: The Bride enters from the front stairs of palace and the groom enters from the opposite side they climb the Chaupar decorated with flowers and exchange Var Mala with showering fire works is held. Day: 04 Departure
This is the last ceremony in Royal Wedding when the relatives of bride are unhappy and the relatives of groom became happy because they will take the beloved daughter of the girls relatives with them to make her, their own daughter.
